We were serviced this morning by a very well groomed & spoken young Gentleman named Happy & want to sincerely compliment U, Ur staff & Company on truly exemplory service over the past years. This young Gentleman´s service & manner confirmed my estimation of Ur Company & staff being one of the best service orientated Companies in South Africa. It is a pure joy being associated with U guys.

Happy popped in to our store(Wimpy Harrismith) this morning to do your usual checks etc. but today was exceptional! After having a quick briefing with Happy he carried on with his business. However business was not as usual. When I looked again Happy had the clicker mix stripped out totally going through all the connections cleaning up putting on new stickers and even fixed our hand dispenser to the wall properly stating that he couldn’t put a sticker on something that was not right. This is what South Africa is looking for SERVICE!!! Something that’s gone astray over the years.

To Clayton, Kelvin and Happy keep it up!! You’re a great team!! Let’s see you go to new horizons.

Dear Hazel,

I’m sorry that this mail is so late but it’s been a very hectic past few days.

I’m not sure if you’re aware but we had a mini disaster at our plant on Friday.

I don’t know where to begin to say THANK YOU to you and your team but especially Shane!

I’m not sure if it’s because as soon as I called he made a plan to rush through and assist, or

if when he got there he checked from the chemicals to the water, the pipes to the floors without

me asking!

Or if it’s the fact that he stood with me and my team and told us it would work out.

Either way it was so comforting to know that on Friday the true spirit of our partnership shone

through and I am very grateful and very proud to have Hychem as part of our Berco Team!!!

We know Andrew since we opened a few years ago and would genuinely like to compliment
Hychem in having such a dedicated, enthusiastic, committed, most helpful problem solving
driven and friendly employee in Andrew Smith.

We have come across many representatives / Area Managers but Andrew is one of the most
outstanding persons as such we have ever come across.

Sometimes I sit back and watch him work on the machines in the scullery area, dirty himself
and sweating furiously to find and solve the problems and always try to improve our efficiency
by organizing training for the staff. His passion and love for his work is contagious and what a
pleasure to work with somebody that delivers.

In October 2010, on recommendation from Carol, we switched over to all Hychem products and dispensers. In no time Andrew ordered, installed and set-up whatever needed to be done - all by himself. (The assistant guarded the Liquidet with his life)

After 14 years in the business I assure you that I don´t know any supplier who physically deliver products and reset pumps/settings,hours after a call to his cell number. Thank you, Andrew, for a refreshing outlook on customer services!
