08 Mar I received my delivery however there were items that have been short delivered?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. If the full quantity was not received your invoice may show an amount that has gone onto back order. If this is the case we will fulfil your back order as soon as possible.
If the quantity you were invoiced does not match the quantity you received, please
1. Indicate that on the delivery note that you receive from our driver.
2. Contact the relevant branch that despatched the order to you. The details can be found on the invoice.
Our office will investigate the matter and revert to you with more information as soon as possible.
Our staff have been instructed to make contact with any customer whose orders will not be completely fulfilled.
